BMW has been making some changes in its North American agencies and around the world. After leading sales and marketing in the Western region, on Aug. 1, Charles Silva became the regional Vice President of the Western region. He previously spent years in Woodcliff Lake growing the brand’s customer orientation, satisfaction, and operations. Silva joined BMW 24 years ago as an information technology project manager, and he was part of the group that helped launch the company’s financial services division in the U.S.

Former Vice President of the Western region, Petter Witt, supports Silva in his new role:

“Charles is one of those individuals who finds ways to be effective on his very first day on the job. I saw it personally when he joined the Western Region as a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager in September of last year. I look forward to seeing him succeed in his new role leading a very talented team in the Western Region.”
