Prevent Pet Hair First
Preventing the problem is always a great solution. Brush the loose hairs off your pet before putting them inside the car, and remember that if you put blankets or seat covers down you will be cleaning your car less after the fact.
Techniques for Removing Pet Hair
If you find that your upholstery is covered in pet hair, try any of these techniques for lifting it out:
- Rub an inflated balloon an affected areas
- Try using a wet rubber glove
- Vacuum with a rubber bristle attachment
- Fabric softener on a rag
